My experience with doctors on duty was a good visit. Everything went well. The staff was very kind. And the doctor Miki Joy, MD was very nice and kind to me. I really recommend any one to this doctors on duty. I appreciate everything and thank you so much.

I've been to this location twice over the past decade. Both for lacerations to the face area. Both times, I was seen right away. I was put on triage as the bleeding was stopped, and I waited for about an hour before the P.A. and the second time, an M.D., put several stitches in. It was fast, mostly painless, and well done.

Thanks to all staff with Doctors on duty for helping find out what was causing all the pain. My family and I have been seen by Doctors on duty on different occasions and the care we received was a life saver. Doctors on Duty always give the best and caring service. I had the pleasure of having Cynthia their nurse take my vital signs and very kindly listened to the reason I was there. The PA on call, Lindsay Cox was so wonderful I left there feeling so much better.

I cut my hand and they took me right in, put me in an exam room and had me soaking in disinfectant while they got ready for examinaion. Everone was very nice and professional.

The entire team was incredibly kind, professional, and patient with my baby boy, who’s been having tummy issues. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel very comfortable especially my boy. The medical assistants were gentle and caring, and the front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. It’s such a relief to find a place where everyone genuinely cares! Thank you all for making our visit so positive and reassuring! 💙

I'm always impressed with the stellar service, kindness, and professionalism when I visit the Watsonville office. Yesterday I came in with a severe finger injury and was seen quickly and treated like a VIP. Thank you to Lindsay Cox and other staff for the great care!

I had the most amazing experience at Doctors on Duty in Watsonville The entire staff was compassionate and understanding and Dr. Parsons and his PA are highly skilled with the Perfect Bedside manner that is very hard to find these days!! This is absolutely my first Go To medical facility.

Thos is the best doctors on duty I've ever been to. The doctor I'm seeing for my work injury is beyond helpful and relatable. They have been reasonable with seeing me in a fair amount of time. Overall I'd say this is a great doctors on duty.

I've been coming to Dr's on Duty in Watsonville for a worker's comp issue for a few months. I am very impressed with the quality of service, billing, and office. Their notes are thorough and they've referred me to some quality facilities. I've even gone there a few times for personal visits. They do not take appointments. Even if there is a long wait, they will tell you how long (even if you call) and offer: "it's going to be three hours, we can call you 15 minutes before we're ready to see you". I'm really happy to have found this facility.
